When you say trim for an interior paint job are you including the interior doors? I usally charge $25 a side, unless damaged, then it’s $50 a side in addition to the trimwork. Also, I think your calculations for paint needed for new construction are a little low, we just completed a 1550 sq ft house with a couple coats of PVA on the ceinlings & walls, that required 35 gallons of wall/ceiling paint-same [email protected] $20.50 a gallon, and 7 gallons of a waterborne alkyd hybrid for the trim & doors @ $50 a gallon, and a gallon for a fireplace & accent wall color, a couple gallons of primer and 22 tubes of caulk, for a total of about $1450 for paint & supplies.
